Description:

We are in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. The position will be instrumental in managing various human resources tasks, primarily focusing on payroll and benefits coordination. The role will require a strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate various HR and Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the processing of timesheets for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including tuition remission, medical, dental, vision, and 403B with 3% match.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records in alignment with company and legal standards.
  • Handle payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and promptly.
  • Engage in cross-training for payables, expanding skill set and contributing to team flexibility.
  • Utilize HR and Payroll systems to manage and track employee data effectively.
  • Respond to and resolve any employee inquiries related to HR and payroll.
  • Monitor employee accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.

This is a permanent position that will pay up to $60,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!

  • Proven experience in the Human Resources field of at least 5 years
  • Proficiency in using ATS
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Benefit Functions within a business
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Compliance within HR processes
  • Strong ability to manage Employee Relations effectively
  • Solid experience in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
