RiskLens is looking for a part-time Human Resources Intern to join the RiskLens Finance & Operations Team. In this internship, you will report to the Human Resource Generalist and as part of our awesome HR team, will provide support to the entire company.
Over the course of your internship, you’ll gain real-time experience as you work on results-oriented projects. You will be empowered to express innovative ideas and provide new perspectives and insights on our processes and way of working by presenting alternate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross functional team members and engage with senior leaders.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Complete special projects and duties for the HR Team as assigned such as updating job descriptions, payroll, and open enrollment
  • Assist in the recruitment of new employees, including internal postings and coordination of interviews
  • File management, filing and file audits
  • Enter data as required into HRIS systems
  • Attend meetings, complete research and other assigned duties as a contributing member of the FinOps team
  • Provide support to employees and managers who have routine questions
  • Assist with Employee Onboarding and Off-Boarding
  • Establish yourself as a resource to our cross-functional teams
  • Be challenged every day and help solve HR related problems

  • Ability to exhibit integrity and confidentiality in all matters
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree or a Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
