The Opportunity
As the HR Manager for the AGUA business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human capital landscape. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Consult with the business to align HR solutions with business needs, drive HR plans to achieve business outcomes, and execute HR programs in line with business priorities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure risk mitigation, business continuity, and compliance while advising on employment conditions, policies, procedures, and legislation affecting employment.
  • Relationship Management and Project Support: Develop strong relationships with Project Director and Senior Managers, assist with grievance and performance management, and oversee project forecasts and management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies and procedures, and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in a senior leadership role within the HR/IR environment, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Highly proficient with employment law, regulations, and best practices in HR
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
