Under direct supervision of the Install Field Supervisor, the Install Lead's primary responsibility will be to oversee their assigned installation job, and supervise and direct the work of their partner installer. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for start to finish of the install process. Pay: Earnings of $70,000 - $90,000 a year! Why work with us? Job Responsibilities: Installing new residential and commercial HVAC Units Calculating refrigerant charge when necessary Troubleshooting install issues Communicating with customers Receives, verifies and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job Completes necessary job packets; collects monies due from customers Maintain communication with the coordinator, your supervisor and managers, warehouse and other members of the install team Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional All other duties as assigned to ensure organizational excellence Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma, or equivalent, required 2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer Active driver's license EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred Ability to thrive in a team environment and assert yourself in a leadership role as needed Physical Requirements: Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting Ability to lift up to 80lbs Exposure to inclement weather conditions to include excessive heat and cold
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to oversee assigned installation jobs, supervising and directing the work of the partner installer, managing the installation process from start to finish. This includes installing new residential and commercial HVAC units, calculating refrigerant charge, and communicating with customers.
