Our clients range from government to light industry, professional services to retail. Our goal is to help our clients reach new horizons by powering their operations with intelligent technology solutions.
We are now seeking a full-time ICT Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales to existing and new clients across our full range of products and services.
The ICT Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
· Driving sales and revenue growth by proactively identifying, targeting and pursuing new business opportunities in the telecommunications and web solutions sectors
· Working with internal departments to engage clients for the seamless provision of services
· Acting as brand ambassador
Tasks will include:

§ Maintaining current knowledge of the ICT marketplace as relevant to B2B products and services, awareness of competitors and currency in our suite of products

  • Assess client and prospect needs, identifying potential solutions and presenting tailored proposals
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities within the existing client base through upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for both new and existing business customers and building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conducting regular check-ins and account reviews to assess ongoing needs and identify further sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within CRM platform
  • Preparing forecasts and pipeline reports for management to track sales progress and areas for improvement
  • Contributing to conversations with management regarding pricing and structuring of packages

To fill this key role, we require a person with:
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Business, Marketing or similar
- 5 years’ experience in sales including minimum one year’s experience in B2B sales of ICT products and services including Web Solutions and Digital Marketing
- Experience in managing client accounts on an ongoing basis
- Ability to understand client’s requirements and articulate and offer relevant solutions
- High-level interpersonal, communication and client presentation skills to liaise effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage pipelines effectively
- Ability to conduct strategic account planning
For this full-time (38 hours/week), office-based role, we are offering a package consisting of a base salary of $85,000, fuel allowance of $5 000, superannuation, laptop, mobile phone and a comprehensive commission package.
