Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Identity and Access Management Specialist has deep knowledge of all phases and aspects of design/architecture, implementation, configuration, and end to end support (Tier 3) of Identity Management (IDM) systems, including the definition and design of the Microsoft Azure IDM infrastructure (Entra ID and Azure B2C), implementation, and testing. This position customizes implementations, aids application development teams and vendor integration teams for incorporation with the IDM system, IT Infrastructure, and supporting systems that affect IDM operation. The IDM system is a mission critical component of the AGLC’s infrastructure, so the position requires 7x24 on call support on a rotating schedule.
This position is a 12-month temporary role with a possibility of becoming permanent.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Enterprise Identity and Applications, the Identity and Access Management Specialist is responsible for:

  • Leading Identity and Access Management initiatives and being responsible for the plan, design/architecture, analysis and maintenance of the organizations identity and access management related infrastructure and systems.
  • Provision and administer IAM systems including user identities, applications, servers, database engines, operating systems, network, and security.
  • Developing and automating IAM processes
  • Providing support for secure applications
  • Supporting multiple Active Directories including PKI Certificate Infrastructure Administration
  • Entra ID/B2C/Azure/M365 Administration
  • Supporting AGLC Server and Storage infrastructure
  • Following AGLC’s established ITIL processes for change management, incident management

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Minimum of a Degree in a computer science or related discipline
  • 4 years of Identity and Access management experience, preference will be given to individuals who have led projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure B2C administration
  • Microsoft M365 and Azure landing zone environment management
  • Microsoft Active Directory and related functions such as DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, PKI etc.
  • IT/Network security concepts

Assets include:

  • Experience supporting Role Based Access Controls for traditional and Cloud Based Applications
  • Experience with Identity Governance Administration tools; designing and deploying workflows, supporting IGA platforms; integrating with down-stream applications
  • PowerShell automation
  • Web and enterprise application development
  • MS SQL database or other database environments
  • Experience managing Microsoft Certificate infrastructure
  • Casino systems experience
  • Knowledge of network topology, technology and protocols needed to assist with design and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Fiori integrations for Identity
