Description:

Our client is a well established and growing, international business with offices on
the outskirts of Oxford. They have a newly created permanent requirement in their
Finance team for an Income Coordinator.

Reporting into the Credit Manager, typical responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure accuracy of data on the Management System, including correct

status, proof of eligibility and client details/changes

  • Work with sites and partners to agree process, format and timing of claim,

reconciliation process and policies to be followed

  • Liaise with sites and partners on client attendance, engagement and to

ensure that all relevant policies are followed

  • Calculate claims for each relevant liability point, working closely with each

site to validate the claim

  • Work with Group IT and Revenue team to optimise allocation process for

receipts from clients. Collaborate with clients to ensure clear, reconciling

information is received when payments are made.

  • Undertake detailed month end reconciliations of relevant GL balances
  • Maintain close contact with clients to follow up on non-payment, support

with additional data or reconciliation where required

  • Produce monthly reporting to show status of claims by period
  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to ensure cash

flow is optimised, whilst maintaining our high level of Customer Service

and reputational brand

  • Use insights from process to inform best practice for other partner

relationships, process improvements within finance

  • Build relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated

approach to billing and credit control
Candidates that apply should have previous Accounts experience, ideally in credit
control. You must be a strong communicator, both verbally and written, be
organised, possess good attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems. Good
systems skills are useful.
