Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The core purposes of the position of Individual Support Services Administration Officer is to provide high quality administrative support to the ISS team, whilst facilitating continuous improvement of communications, documentation and processes

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to ISS including:
  • Correspondence management and distribution
  • File and records management
  • Booking of staff and client reviews
  • Entering of support worker leave
  • Assist with compliance duties
  • Vehicle fleet coordination
  • Accounts, banking, petty cash, ordering & purchasing requisites & equipment
  • General office duties as required
  • Maintain staff files/records including timely & effective file notes, performance reviews, staff meetings & training requirements
