QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of Data Quality solutions primarily on Informatica tech stack.
• At least 2+ years of hand-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
• Proficient in profiling of source data and identifying rules for improving data quality.
• Experienced in configuring DQ rules in CDQ and integration them with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) mappings and MDM processes.
• Experienced in implementing DQ solutions for MDM applications.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL, and shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with code deployment and migration processes on IDMC platform.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Design and Architecture: Work closely with the Solution Architect & Tech Leads to understand the overall solution design and data flow.
• Data Profiling: Profile source data sets and recommend DQ rules for data quality remediation leveraging IDMC Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
• Modernization: Analyse DQ rules and processes in on-prem system and come up with migration path to CDQ.
• Development and Implementation: Develop, test and deploy DQ functionality on CDQ platform.
• Integration and Interoperability: Integrate the DQ solution with other IDMC services like Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and MDM SaaS.
• Performance Optimization: Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies for performance improvement for the DQ solution.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, configuration details, and operational procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with the broader team.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with client stakeholders & architects, IT teams i.e. Data Integration/MDM/Governance, and other subject matter experts to ensure the system meets functional & non-functional requirements and delivers maximum value.
