JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you have the opportunity to build long-term partnerships with our Philips Businesses. You serve them with support proposals and ensure effective communication during execution to Make Innovation Work. You will be developing and driving programs while building strong relations. You are part of a multidisciplinary team in Philips Innovation Engineering, closely working with project leaders and technical specialists of our departments as well as with our back office. This offers you the opportunity to work on a hybrid working model.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Acting as a central point of contact, develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations at various levels and disciplines in order to maximize the value of Philips Innovation Engineering
• Roadmap alignment to create and validate business support strategy together with relevant stakeholders.
• Keeping up to date with evolving business, market, and application domain in order to create maximum synergy.
• Monitoring the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources of our running support.
• Forecasting and Funnel management

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED A CUSTOMER-FIRST ATTITUDE AND THE FOLLOWING

• A master’s degree in engineering or healthcare related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 5 years of commercial working experience preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Solutions mentality with a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to combine customer needs and requirements with a successful business proposition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate on different levels of an organization.
• Good interpersonal and phenomenal teammate skills
• Additional Technical Skills: Imaging background and network is preferred.
