Job Description
We are looking for a high performing Inside Sales consultant to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Business Development officer, this role is instrumental within the sales team to handle the smaller SME sized deals, to capture business opportunities and expand customer base in SME segment market across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to,

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the inside sales team
  • Provide actionable feedback and solutions to improve systems, processes and tools to enable our go-to-market strategy and drive its implementation together with cross functional teams.
  • Work alongside Product and go to market teams to define the target markets and ideal customer profile; build best practices for a seamless transition from sales to customer support
  • Objectives setting, coaching sales representatives, run call and demo reviews, team performance and pipeline metric reviews, 1x1s, and skill sessions
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports as well as forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Responsibilities:

THERE IS FLEXIBILITY FOR THIS ROLE TO BE BASED IN ANY OF THE OFFICE LOCATIONS ACROSS AUSTRALIA (SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, BRISBANE) DEPENDS ON YOUR PREFERRED WORK LOCATION.

Qualifications
You will have a passion for SaaS sales in the SME and B2B world, love coaching your team to manage their pipeline and keeping them motivated to achieve their goals. You believe in training and walking the walk to elevate and maximise sales team potentials, and to drive sales process from plan to close.
Previous experience in both inbound and outbound lead to closure execution in a SaaS environment and/or launching or rapidly growing a brand/emerging product via inside sales and low touch direct channels is preferable, however more importantly is your excellent communication and strong business acumen.
Your confident manner, customer focus, ability to craft sales plans, set up sales processes, tools, and playbooks will pave a solid foundation for you to succeed on this role. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
