Roles and Responsibilities: * Check ticket for appropriate parts. * Inspect parts for compliance to quality standards and participates in appropriate corrective actions as needed. * Do detailing as directed for your department. * Perform product audits as directed. * Document necessary information. * Keep work space and equipment clean and well organized. * Perform proper preventative maintenance on any equipment being used. * Follow all safety guidelines. * Identify potential nonconformities. * Proactively work with team to eliminate process failures. * Participate in process improvements to achieve operational excellence. * Understand, support and execute the achievement of performance measures on scorecards. * Supports our Vision and Guiding Principles. * Proactively communicates across the organization business issues and opportunities. * Provides feedback to team on audit results. * Motivates team to succeed. * Actively works to create the environment to be an employer of choice. * Support our quality system which ensures all business processes operate effectively. * Participant in 5S implementation and adherence. * Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).   Qualifications Responsible for auditing product produced to quality specifications and standards.
