JOB SUMMARY:

The Installer Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of installation teams. The position is responsible for organizing and dispatching installers to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of installations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in project management or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a coordination role, preferably in a field related to installations or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule installation appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.Assign installation jobs to appropriate teams based on location, expertise, and availability.Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between installers, customers, and other stakeholders.Provide clear instructions and job details to installation teams.Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process and resolve them promptly.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and providing timely updates.Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, job statuses, and any relevant documentation.Prepare and submit reports on installation activities, including any issues or delays.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the performance of installation teams to ensure adherence to company standards and quality requirements.Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfactory completion of installations.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.Assist in training new installers and provide ongoing support as needed.
