JOB SUMMARY

The Training Instructor prepare and oversees the delivery of classroom and/or virtual courses to the dealer network according to the training matrix.
He must have skills and open mind for transmitting his knowledge and experience to other people to provide quality training, is responsible for directing and leading groups of professional technicians to support them and solve their doubts during the course. In addition to teaching courses, the instructor carries out complementary activities in conjunction with other areas and 5´s practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineering (Mechanical, automotive, etc)
  • Proven experience in automotive agencies (desirable)
  • Proven experience giving training, domain of groups (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of workshop tools, metrology, electrical diagrams, and circuits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
