OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Contact customers via phone and email to obtain updated insurance information
• Correspond with insurance carriers, third parties, and customers on all insurance matters
• Process cancellations and refunds for ancillary products
• Communicate with dealerships regarding cancelled ancillary products
• Understand and apply regulatory guidelines
