Job Summary B&A is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (Senior Level) who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive, program-level schedule that integrates multiple complex projects into a single, cohesive framework. This role ensures alignment across all activities, dependencies, and milestones while supporting Agile delivery and enabling leadership to track progress, risks, and overall program performance. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large, complex programs Integrate multiple project schedules into a single, unified timeline Ensure all tasks, activities, and milestones are traceable and aligned with program objectives Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to gather schedule inputs and define dependencies Identify and manage critical path activities and assess impacts to overall program timelines Monitor schedule performance and adjust plans to address risks or delays Support Agile project environments by aligning scheduling practices with Agile principles Provide visibility into program status through schedule reporting and analysis Education and Experience Minimum of 10 years of relevant scheduling or program support experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., scheduling or project management) Experience supporting large-scale, complex programs Required Skills Advanced expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Project Online Deep understanding of critical path analysis and schedule impact assessment Experience working in Agile environments and applying Agile best practices Ability to manage dependencies across multiple workstreams Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to translate complex schedule data into actionable insights Security Clearance Active Secret Clearance More About B&A: Notable Clients B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
