Payment Collection: Proactively contact customers through phone, email, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment history, aiming for a positive customer experience. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and ensure that payments are posted correctly and discrepancies are resolved. Reporting Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts, aging reports, and collection progress to management Payment Planning: Investigate reasons for delinquencies and negotiate appropriate repayment schedules or plans with customers. Teamwork: A collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve issue Customer Service: A dedication to customer satisfaction while still focusing on collecting payments. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze accounts, identify reasons for non-payment, and understand financial data. Are you a MATCH? Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Responsibilities
