AGT Robotics, a local Trois-Rivières company, take his team around the world! From Australia, to Japan, going through Turquiye,France, Portugal and many others, its troops are called to word in destinations around the world to install their equipment. Having experience strong growth in recent years, AGT Robotics now has nearly 80 employees in Trois-Rivières,15 at their office of Terrebonne and about 30 pretty much everywhere in the world.
Beyond everything, AGT Robotics is the sum of passionate creative and committed individuals, where everyone’s talent is use on daily basis to carry out major projects!
A new asset for the team
to continue the exceptional growth that the company is experiencing and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of HR across the organization, AGT decides to add a visionary and strategic Human Resources Department to its team whose main mandate will be to direct strategy and HR operations in an international context.
The person sought is resolutely capable to state its views and do the work! Also, must structure the entire department, and demonstrates rigor and power of influence with the team.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supervise the development, and the implementation of the policy evaluation and HR programs;
  • Supervise the Develop a global HR strategy in harmony with the vision, the values and strategic objectives of the company;
  • Identify global talent needs and develop programs aimed at attracting them, recruit them, train them and mobilize them.
  • In collaboration with external experts, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the countries where the teams are present;
  • Ensure that policies and practices meet international and local standards;
  • Implement evaluation procedures and tools for talent assessment and development.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hold an undergraduate university industrial relations degree, in human resources or any other training deemed relevant to the job;
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in a management position;
  • Significant experience in human resources management on an international scale;
  • Member of the professional association of the certified human resources counsellors (CHRP);
  • Mastery of French and English considering the international aspect;
  • Mastery of another language would be considered an asset.
