Internship Product Management Innovation - GORE-TEX Footwear (f/m/d)

About the Role: We are offering an exciting internship starting from 01.03.2025 on for a period of 6 months, in which you will actively support our global innovation team around GORE-TEX footwear at our location in Feldkirchen - Westerham, near Munich.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are currently enrolled in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, innovation management or a similar type of studies
• Practical experience in innovation management or product development would be a plus
• Creative and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team with strong communication skills and proactive working style
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English skills (German is a plus)

• Support in the development and implementation of new product ideas and concepts
• Carrying out market and competition analyses to identify trend and innovation potential
• Collaboration in the planning and realisation of innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Support the team in product development and project management
• Support in the creation of prototypes and test models
• Collaboration with various departments such as Marketing, Production and Research & Development
