MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inventory KPI to measure effectiveness of inventory strategies and initiatives and Coordinate with concenred parties to find out root causes of performance variance and seek out opportunities for IM process improvement in cooperative manner.
  • Report monthly inventory closing to all concerned parties to reconcile inventory balances and resolve discrepancy for closing data integrity.
  • Coordinate with PE-logistics and PDC Operation to enhance physical inventory management.
  • Analyze inventory management factors(classification, LDC rate, and etc) in the system, update regularly after approval and review the results.
  • Coordinate IM conferences and workshop and take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes by summarizing key discussions, action items and by providing feedback to participants.
  • Coordinate annual scrap by reviewing scrap target item, scheduling with PDCs, documenting and reporting consolidated results to concerned parties.
  • Support department or team project to improve inventory management process and to implement new business requirement.
  • Manage department asset by keeping accurate inventory and manage budget by processing expenditures.
  • Support management by providing analysis and status report as assigned.
