JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to join our team. The role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, monitoring goods movement, and coordinating with purchasing and store operations to maintain smooth stock flow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree , Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of stock management processes and ERP/POS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Supermarket/Hypermarket: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely updating of stock in/out transactions.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Track expiry dates, damaged goods, and returns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Support store operations with stock availability and timely replenishment.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and shrinkage.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics team for stock transfers and deliveries.
