Inventory Manager

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Inventory Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Responsibility and accountability for all Inventory - DHL & Customer owned stock
• Develop and maintain effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Support optimimisation of stock location mangement on site to drive efficiency and optimise availability of stock
• Audit internal departments in order to identify areas for improvement to avoid inventory integrity issues
• Review & Manage stock adjustments
• Manage Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annually
• Continuous Improvement pipeline for Inventory improvements
• Attend daily meeting including Performance Dialogue representing Inventory
• Work close with the Finance Team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with budget
• Manage and report on the annual Inventory counts for DHL & Customer owend stock
• Manage and plan location mapping for T departments as required
