Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Business Planning & Relationship Management: Engage stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identify and validate business problems, and manage the evolution of requirements as projects progress.
- IT Investment Planning: Develop business cases for IT demands, working with internal and external partners to assess, cost, and propose technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Demand Management: Analyze IT demand, document requirements, explore potential solutions, and maintain a tracker for all IT demands, ensuring accurate stage tracking and decision-making.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and document both functional and non-functional business requirements to inform solution development.
- Business Change Management: Assist the Cluster Head of IT in managing business change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.
- Benefit Realization & Financial Management: Support the Cluster Head of IT in tracking the benefits and financial aspects of IT investments, ensuring they deliver expected value.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, solution delivery, or related areas.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong understanding of business processes relevant to the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Business Process Modeling.
- Broad knowledge of business applications and technologies relevant to the CoE.
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies and systems development standards (e.g., waterfall, iterative, agile).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in software selection, business case development, budgeting/forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4, Warehouse Management Systems, and business functions like Finance, Supply Chain, Corporate and Legal Affairs, and HR.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to manage IT business engagement for back office operations within the cluster UK / Ireland. This role serves as the primary liaison between market management and relevant leaders regarding technology planning, investment, demand management, business change management, and financial oversight related to IT solutions.
Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT Business Partner will support ensuring that IT strategies align with business needs and deliver tangible value.
The role is in our Bristol or Nottingham office.
