IT FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: On-site (Ottawa)
Scheduling: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, 35 hours a week.
Contract: 6 months with possible extensions
Buchanan Technologies is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide hands-on IT support for our leading client in health care industry. This person will be managing multiple sites and there will be local travelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, configuring IT equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in IT field service, desktop support, or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Provide on-site IT support at the Ottawa lab and travel to local sites as required.
