SUMMARY

The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT environment. This includes on-premises and cloud systems, network infrastructure, voice services, endpoint management, and security. The role ensures infrastructure reliability, performance, and compliance to support daily operations and organizational growth, including adherence to HIPAA and PCI standards.
