Description:

Summary
Provide technical assistance to employees, hotel management and guests in utilizing Hyatt technology to achieve business objectives.
Use pre-established processes, procedures, and protocols (Hyatt IT Standards) that ensure the security, structure, and integrity of the network and IT systems.
Manage the hotel’s network infrastructure, servers, and applications, as well as optimize their performance.
Perform maintenance and updates to the hotel’s systems causing the least possible interruptions to the hotel’s operations, as well as the respective data backups that allow disaster recovery.
Qualifications
‘Install, maintain and update the hardware, software, network devices, as well as supervise the other computer systems owned by the hotel, according to Hyatt standards, as well as manage the changes required by corporate and industry initiative in the components that make up the hotel’s IT infrastructure.
Financial Systems such as Oracle R12, Markview, Hyperion, Opera, Symphony POS, Book4Time, abrhil Knowledge of networks and SD-WAN. High sense of urgency and wide availability
