As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the IT Project Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.
This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters.

As an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) you will be at the forefront of planning and driving implementation of large scale IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our business objectives. Leveraging the latest technology innovations, you will create the best user experience, ensuring our solutions are both cutting-edge and user-friendly. WHAT YOU´LL DO

  • Lead teams to deliver projects that span across multiple departments and business units.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.
  • Ensure high quality results within given constraints of scope, budget or time.
  • Ensure all stakeholders and participants are up to date on progress, risks and project metrics.
  • Ensure impediments are removed in a timely manner.
  • Work with all stakeholders and relevant teams to arrive at a good solution.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders and development teams are aligned.
  • Monitor overall progress and manage risk, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Report on project progress.
  • Maintain an awareness of how projects relate and depend on one another.
  • Identify and obtain support required for the smooth management of a project.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to assess how well the project was executed.
  • Prepare any follow-up action recommendations.
  • Back up your opinions with data and well-structured arguments.
