Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented IT Project Manager to join our team!

At Parsons, our Project Managers are leaders who play a strategic role in defining a program’s scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and risks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Active PMP certification

Desired Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge, align skills, and use tools and techniques to drive a project to completion
  • Coordinate activities across multiple functional IT organizations
  • Plan for and deal with the challenges of interdependent integrations, rapid technology upgrades, and version changes that can occur throughout the project timeline
  • Understand hardware and software integrations, website construction, database storage and management, and also build complex and geographically diverse infrastructures and networks, all while planning for potential security and data risks
