With a focus on leveraging technology to drive business success, we are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to spearhead our ERP solutions development and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and optimising our technological infrastructure.
Position Overview: As an IT Project Manager specialising in ERP solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimisation of solutions centred around our ERP system, Exact Globe. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in APIs, SQL, automation solutions, and Microsoft 365 to drive efficiency and innovation across our organisation. In addition to overseeing ERP projects, you will lead the adoption of automation technologies at all levels of the business.

REQUIREMENTS IN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in ERP solutions development and automation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Exact Globe, with expertise in APIs, SQL, and automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Excel, SharePoint, Exchange, and Security along with server environments (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell).
  • Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for systems, processes, and protocols.
  • Solid understanding of networks, servers, and standard IT hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This must be delivered through the ability to clearly communicate needs and challenges.
  • Remote Desktop Software: Use remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be proactive with solutions.
  • Ability to devise creative solutions, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to debug/trace and infer solutions from unfamiliar technology interconnects & code.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ERP solutions, focusing on Exact Globe, to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solving Complex User Issues: Analyse and resolve complex user issues related to a range of devices promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilise APIs, SQL, and automation tools to integrate and optimise ERP functionalities.
  • Lead the adoption of automation technologies throughout the organisation, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Excel, SharePoint, Exchange, and Security, to drive collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct training and provide support to end-users to maximise the utilisation of ERP and automation solutions.
  • Help Desk/Service Desk Software: Employ help desk or service desk software for ticket management, incident tracking, and communication with end-users.
  • Collaboration Tools: Use collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) for real-time communication with other support teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
