Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DECISION OWNERSHIP:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:
    o Collaborate to development and maintaining of a comprehensive product roadmap for the Sales Commission Platform

    o Work on the product vision and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Technical Leadership:

    o Provide technical leadership to the product development team, including software engineers, designers, and QA engineers.
    o Collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions and ensure the product’s technical excellence

    o Technical Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical challenges related to user authentication, data integration, and platform efficiencies

  • Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

    o Gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features based on customer needs and market insights.

    o Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and expectations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and engineering, to drive product success.

    o Foster effective communication and ensure everyone is aligned with the product goals.

  • Quality Assurance:

    o Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that the Sales Commission Platform meets high-quality standards.

    o Conduct testing and quality control checks as needed.

  • Documentation and Training:

    o Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.
    o Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Solution Specialist or similar role in a technical environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of Application Life Cycle management principles, including service, release and change management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Commission Platforms and Data Management Solution (ETL)
  • Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles
  • Experience in multi-cultural environment, working in complex environment with remotely spread team.
  • Self-driven and able to complete task within due dates with high level of autonomy.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence to challenge stakeholders to ensure the right requirements, and customer experience aspirations.
  • Able to structure and articulate complex and ambiguous issues in a clear and straightforward way, identifying potential conflicts and managing different stakeholder perspectives to make the right decisions.
  • Able to initiate, think ahead, plan and anticipate risks. Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
  • Experience in project management will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle SW implementation.

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education level equivalent to a master’s degree in computer science or Engineering

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Specialist to lead and drive the development of our Sales Commission Platform. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in defining the solution strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with our business objectives.
Collaborating with Sales Commission stakeholders you will be involved in analysing business requirements, developing high level feasibility analysis, detailed design and participating in functional testing to validate the solution/programs developed by off-shored developers. You will also be asked to provide effort estimation and plan to delivery.
Knowledge of the main Sales Commission processes is essential to manage properly the assigned tasks, complemented by rock solid technical skills and experience in SW lifecycle management. Project Management, troubleshooting and problem-solving analysis capabilities are required as well. Essential for the role are also soft skills as team player, responsible attitude to actively drive activities to completion.
