WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM IN OUR IT TEAM
Our IT team is looking for a new addition to their team. This is a fast paced role which will suit a person who is confidently able to manage many demands for time and resources.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the successful candidate will actively participate in the Service Desk function for all staff, contractors and suppliers. The Service Desk provides a single point of communication and coordination for all users of MRL IT systems.
The role is based in the head office at Applecross with a working arrangement from Monday to Friday with some flexibility required from time to time with developing work fronts. Some short site based travel may be required, as well as participation in an on call roster.
