We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our IT Team. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager this ‘hands on’ role will be responsible for providing management, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems to assure operational availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and monitor IT infrastructure to maintain optimal availability, reliability, capacity, performance and uptime
  • Provide infrastructure performance statistics and reports, develop strategies for maintaining infrastructure
  • Participate in projects as required.
  • Ensure company backup and disaster recovery plans are in place within company RTO, RPO
  • Regular testing and validation
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of cyber security incidents and program of works and facilitate engagement with management in embedding security in decision making across the business.
  • Provide IT technical support for applications, infrastructure, cloud, network and mobility
  • Successful resolution of IT Requests, and BAU Change Requests
  • Provide technical direction and assistance to staff in the resolution of technical issues
  • Identify Service Improvements
  • Work collaboratively with the IT group to continually maintain and evolve technical documentation
