We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel who can assist our global teams with various compliance tasks related to data protection as well as commercial contracts.

• Collaborating with other Adsquare teams to support and guide them on their compliance responsibilities, as well as further developing our global compliance processes
• Being responsible for processing data subject requests, maintaining up-to-date data protection documentation, and monitoring the privacy regulatory landscape in Europe, the US, and other markets where Adsquare offers its services
• Contributing in keeping our knowledge center relevant and up-to-date and making legal topics easy to understand for everyone - internally and externally
• Assisting in conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
• Reviewing commercial contracts with clients, partners and suppliers and manage the contract filing syste
