• Coordination and overseeing of Still Life production lifecycles
• Manage freelance talents availability calendar – confirm, pencil or release options daily
• Send out of daily call sheets
• Split products for shootlists, briefing teams accordingly and sharing shooting priorities
• Sample management – delivery tracking, reshoots and backlog tracking, returning product etc.
• Support in logistics coordination
• Costs and invoices administration tasks related to Still Life production
