This is a brand new role for a Junior Project Manager looking to grow their Project Management career. Reporting directly to our Global COO for coaching and development, you’ll lead projects that drive meaningful change across LEAP. You’ll coordinate both internal and external stakeholders of all levels - creating transparent project plans, communicating clearly and proactively, and ensuring seamless coordination, scheduling and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Define project strategies, scope and objectives, designing fit-for-purpose solutions that deliver business outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Drive stakeholders to meet milestones through transparent communication, prioritisation and proactive management
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies based on complexity and risk to enable successful delivery
  • Build trusted relationships through clear, timely and tailored communication
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in ways of working
  • Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and delays to maintain momentum and minimise impact
  • Lead meetings to facilitate decision-making, ensure alignment and progress projects to completion
