You’ll handle client accounts, respond to disruptions, develop new opportunities, and prepare proposals—all while building strong relationships and ensuring sales targets are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join our team. In this role, you will: Act as the main point of contact for our airline, hotel, and transport partners Coordinate prompt responses to flight disruptions Manage customer accounts and nurture long-term relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities Collaborate regularly with external stakeholders Prepare and manage sales communications and proposals Perform administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and various platforms Operate independently with minimal supervision Work closely with the team to ensure timely follow-up on all leads and potential business Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets Manage and follow up on corporate rate agreements Assist in creating streamlined systems to support the successful implementation and management of new business 📅 Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM ABOUT YOU You’re a motivated individual with a passion for service and sales, ideally with a background in: Airlines, hospitality, hotels, or travel Customer service and business development High-pressure environments where adaptability is key You also bring: Strong negotiation and time management skills Excellent administrative abilities The confidence to make independent decisions The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships A results-driven attitude with a focus on growth and efficiency Step Into the Smartsourcing Experience 😄 Smartsourcing was created with one mission: to change lives.
