Responsibilities:
As the Kennel Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with appointments and communicate with clients both in person and on the phone
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital, including laundry, washing dishes, kennels and runs.
- Providing essential patient care, including feeding, bathing, clipping nails, and exercise of patients
- Ensuring that treatment areas and exam rooms remain fully stocked
- Taking direction from, and performing duties as instructed by Veterinarians and other technicians as needed
