About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Helsinki! As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will be a part of the local sales team within our EDP function, but also play an important role for our Norbal (Danone Nordics & Baltics) strategy. You will report to our Head Of Sales Finland who also is located in Helsinki.

Your main task will be (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and client feedback
  • Maintain internal systems to ensure seamless operations in planning

About you

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the market. To succeed in this position we also believe that you have:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably within FMCG
  • A solid understanding for the Finnish retail market
  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both English and Finnish on a business level
  • You have a strong eye for details and numbers, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
