Description:

Nordic Beauty House, a subsidiary of the well-known brand Maria Nila, is seeking an ambitious and versatile Key Account Manager to join our retail department. In this role, you will be focusing on a rapidly expanding haircare brand that is gaining traction in the retail sector. Please note, this position is not for the Maria Nila brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Preferably a background in sales and/or brand building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Natural relationship builder.
  • Great understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Mature, determined, and trustworthy, with strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience in FMCG and/or the beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new relevant sales channels and partners.
  • Responsible for setting sales targets and budgets.
  • Optimize performance with our 3rd party field sales team.
  • Negotiate and re-negotiate best possible agreements and prices.
  • Ongoing support to customer accounts with campaigns, master data and assets.
  • Together with the marketing department, develop and implement campaign plans to launch new products and increase brand visibility.
  • Build long-term and trustworthy relationships with our customers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and supply chain to optimize forecasts, ensuring accurate inventory estimates to meet sales demand and drive overall business performance.
