In this role, you’ll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team. What You’ll Do · Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service · Accurately process transactions and handle payments · Stock, rotate, and merchandise products · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment · Prepare and serve food items following company standards (where applicable) · Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations · Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We’re Looking For · Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills · Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to learn and follow company standards · Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required Requirements Physical Demands and Environmental Condition Requirements Occasional: Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, use of hands and feet, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather, atmospheric conditions.
