Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science qualification (preferred).
- Clear understanding of the Diagnostic markets and 3-5 years Sales experience in diagnostic market.
- Experience in operating in a matrix organization where sales dynamics are an important part of the success model.
- Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement and managed care policies and procedures.
- Proven track record in interaction with customers.
- Ability and available to travel at least 70%.
- Experience with SFDC preferred.
- Customers oriented mentality.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal efficiency and rapport building.
- Self-directed, persistent and goal-oriented.
- Effective sales, planning and territory leadership skills.

- English knowledge (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets, growing by acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing ones.
- Support the commercial organization to define and implement strategy across Allergy and Autoimmunity segments-provide assessment and analytics for insight and information to make decisions about products roadmap, content strategy, execution focus, etc.
- Accurately forecast and consistently report on promotion activities and leads generation.
- Ensure and deliver customer value/satisfaction by customer’s expectations alignment.
- Build and maintain relationship with KOLs, decision makers and payers.
- Identify customers and builds network and relationship.
- Operate through the Business Operations model: SFDC, PSS, CAS.
- Collaborate across global teams in a matrix organization, and coordinate projects.
- networking/key relationship:
Internal with Management, Clinical Account Manager, Marketing Team at National level. External with Specialist in Allergy and Autoimmunity related fields – Ols.
