Job Description
This position is within the KPFF Planning Team, which is a specialized group of planners within KPFF that focuses on waterborne transportation feasibility planning and implementation, capital and operations management projects for ferries as well as entitlement support for KPFF. Example projects include: WSF Long Range Plan, PSRC Passenger-Only Ferry Study.
Working in a small team environment under a Senior Project Management team, with support of the larger KPFF community, this role supports entitlement and permitting efforts for waterfront, civil, transportation, and bridge projects through land use and transportation planning, research, project coordination and controls. Examples include early entitlement permitting such as planned unit developments and shoreline permits as well as construction permits.
