Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Automotive industry. If you are passionate about automobiles and committed to providing outstanding customer support, this role is perfect for you. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive services, vehicle specifications, and maintenance via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Assist customers with booking appointments for services, repairs, and other automotive needs. Provide information on product features, promotions, and financing options available. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and effectively. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and new automotive products to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable.
