Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a new opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the construction industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent service and support to clients and partners in the construction sector. As a representative, you will utilize your Latvian language skills to assist with inquiries and ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and product offerings via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide clients with detailed information about construction processes, timelines, and compliance requirements. Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating responses with relevant teams. Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company services to inform customers effectively. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, ideally within the construction or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly to clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
