This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want to make a positive impact through exceptional customer support. You will engage with clients in Latvian, assisting them with inquiries about pharmaceutical products, services, and related information. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health information via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Assist customers with order processing, product availability, and general inquiries about pharmaceutical services. Educate clients on product usage, side effects, and provide guidance as necessary within regulatory guidelines. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring satisfaction and compliance. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to provide comprehensive support to customers. Stay informed on industry trends and company products to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer care. Ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and accessible manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer needs effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
