A leading real estate developer known for creating integrated residential communities aligned with Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, Abu Alnaga Group is looking to expand its legal team with a top-tier professional who brings deep expertise and strategic insight into UAE property law.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Law Degree and full legal qualification in the UAE; additional qualifications preferred (e.g., Master’s in Law)
  • Licensed to practice law in the UAE, ideally with registration on the Roll of Practicing Advocates or eligible under the foreign practitioner exceptions
  • At least 15 years post-qualification experience in real estate and corporate law, including a minimum of 5 years within the UAE
  • Proficient in UAE real estate regulation, and commercial contract frameworks
  • Fluency in Arabic & English
  • Exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, litigation management, and strategic advisory; adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, and review all legal documentation—including sales and purchase agreements, leases, SPA, construction contracts, and marketing collateral.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on off-plan and escrow regulations, regulatory approvals, licensure, and corporate governance.
  • Lead dispute resolution efforts, manage litigation and arbitration matters, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
  • Oversee corporate transactions—mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions—related to property development and expansion initiatives.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE property law and regulations, advising senior management proactively on legal risk and compliance.
