Description:
Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking a Lead Administrator for our Fort St John branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- provide ongoing discussion with district managers to better improve office efficiency and KPI’s
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Manage client prequalification sites
- Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI’s, EOI’s and RFP’s
- Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed
- Filing
- Data entry
- Schedule employee orientations and safety training
- Assist management as required
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc.
