Description:
LEAD DATA ENGINEER
Data Idols are working with technology consultancy who are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join the team. They are looking for someone with experience in building and maintaining data pipelines and collaborate with the wider data teams and, someone who is passionate about supporting data driven decision making for the company.
THE OPPORTUNITY
They are looking for this person to have extensive experience with data pipelines, data warehousing and to have strong engineering principles to ensure reliable infrastructure. This Lead Data Engineer will lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, and oversee data modelling. Within the engineering function you will collaborate with wider teams to deliver on projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Python
- Knowledge with any cloud, AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience with Microservices
