• Technical management and coordination of the lead team, including resource planning
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and technical target achievement of verification and validation tests in client projects (function, deadline, costs, quality) in accordance with the agreed test plan and product design verification plan
• Development and establishment of processes, standards and methods
• Central contact person for internal and external testing partners, offering technical support during project acquisition and outlining project content and efforts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines from the product development process, including technical review and approval of documents and work results
• Developing technical solutions in client projects, including independent decision-making and implementation
• Monitoring technology and methodology trends, maintaining and expanding team expertise and representing the team at professional events through presentations and publications
