Description:

SUMMARY

The Lead Generation Specialist for Probo Medical, LLC reporting to the VP of Demand Generation will cultivate new areas of opportunity within a designated regional territory. This position will work collaboratively with the Sales Specialists and Engineers. This position can be remote.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of medical device industry experience.
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter and work well as a member of a team or independently on several items simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, hunt, and cultivate new areas of opportunity to exceed daily KPI’s
  • Make introductions and help set up meetings/ calls for the Sales Specialist and Engineers
  • Develop a system for reminders and follow protocols for newly developed accounts until lead is generated
  • Provide customers with overview of Probo’s services
  • Create new leads for the commercial team to close
  • Maintain an organized weekly system of follow up for the commercial team on any open leads and opportunities
  • Exceed all activity, lead and revenue KPI’s
